Refund policy

30-day returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return
Email ShopCozyNookSupply@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Handmade variation
Some of our items are handcrafted, so color, grain, and pattern vary from piece to piece and may differ slightly from photos. Natural variation is not considered a defect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post the refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Final sale Items

Editor’s Box surprise bundles are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. If your box arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.
