Where we ship
Cozy Nook Supply currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped by our fulfillment partner, typically within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping cost and delivery time
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and address. Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be longer during holidays, bad weather, or carrier delays.

Multiple items
If you order more than one item, your items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your order has not arrived when expected, email us at ShopCozyNookSupply@gmail.com with your order number, and we will help resolve it.

Holiday orders
We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. For the best chance of arriving before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 8-12.
